I am more than pleased with the service I received there today. This morning on my way to town I hit a patch of metal crap that a scraper lost off his trailer on their way to town. My front tire was damaged so I made it to your tire shop to get it fixed. I explained what happened to me the very courteous clerk and he was understanding. They were very busy but I expect that anyway because it’s Monday morning. I had to wait a bit and when my car was done I went to the desk to pay and the guy slides my paperwork and keys to me with a big smile and tells me to have a great day. I have my card in hand ready to pay and he tells me it’s on us! He explained that I’d already had a bad day and he was doing what he could to make it better! Woohoo 🎉 that guy made a loyal costumer for life here!!! Thank you Robertson tire!!!

I walked into Robertson tire at 4:40 with a tire that was leaking very fast and they were quick to get me in and help me get back on the road. Shane and Andrew were very nice and helpful. They didn’t mind staying after hours to help me. Very good customer service!
